ONLY On-line registration is available at the conference website, www.jkjsc.or.kr. The registration is not complete
until you have paid your registration fee and the confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail at reg@jkjsc.or.kr or fax to +82-2-538-1540. All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons. All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.

Payment Method
Credit Card : Only Visa, Master, and JCB Card are acceptable.
- Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
- Actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'Paygate'
Wire Transfer : All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
- Sender's name must be the same as the registrant's name.
- In order to confirm your payment quickly and accurately, a copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to the Conference Secretariat (+82-2-538-1540). Please ensure the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.

Letter of Invitation (for applicant of Visa for admission into Korea)
- The official invitation letter, to be used for application of visa, will be available to ONLY those who have completed the registration payment.
- This letter is NOT a commitment on the part of the organizer of the 5th Japanese-Korean Joint Stroke Conference to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons.
If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, you may request to the Secretariat by August 31, 2011 through the on-line registration. The notary service fee is USD 40 to be paid by the registrant. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether you need a notarized letter of invitation for visa issuance.
