Booking & Payment Conditions

1. The room rates are fixed in Korean Won, and the rates in US$ are subject to change according to foreign exchange rates.
(USD 1 = KRW 1,077 as of August 23, 2011)
2. Room tax & service charge :
• Gyeongju Hilton & Concorde: 21% tax & service charge will be added to the above room rates.
• TEMF Hotel & Swissrosen Hotel & Pension: 10% tax included.
3. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended. If you don’t book early,
room availability and rates may not be guaranteed.
4. Except for Gyeongju Hilton, one night deposit is required at time of your booking.
5. Early check-in and late check-out charges will be applied to each hotel’s policy.
6. An acknowledgement of reservation will be automatically sent to you by e-mail after online reservation, but it does NOT
mean your reservation is confirmed. Please wait for the confirmation from the secretariat which will be sent you
by email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Bank and service charge could be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Please note that refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.

Gyeongju Hilton

Cancellation 22~30 days before check-in date	10% of the one-night fee will be charged.
Cancellation 15~21 days before check-in date	30% of the one-night fee will be charged.
Cancellation 8~14 days before check-in date	50% of the one-night fee will be charged.
Cancellation 4~7 days before check-in date	70% of the one-night fee will be charged.
Cancellation 1~3 days before check-in date or no-show	One-night fee will be charged.

TEMF Hotel, Concorde Hotel and Swissrosen Hotel & Pension

Cancellation received till October 13, 2011	100% refund.
Cancellation received on or till October 20, 2011	50% of one-night deposit will be charged.
Cancellation received after October 20, 2011 or no-show	One-night deposit will be charged.

Once you are finished with online hotel reservation, you cannot modify or cancel the reservation information through the website. If you want to modify or cancel the hotel reservation, please send an email to the secretariat at hotel@jkjsc.or.kr.
